The Fingers/Tongs of the Clamp to be made of a suitable Polymer as to not
damage the outer surface of the Flexible but be able to rotate about the
Fixable with the assistance of the ROV

Lifting Eye Capable of attaching a 5 ton ROV Hook

The Clamp to have a suitable attachment point in order for the ROV to place
a 5 ton ROV Hook onto the Clamp, which will impart the 150-200 lb Load at
right angles to the longitudinal axis.

ROV Interface Paddle Type

The Clamp to be manufactured with a suitable ROV Interface in the form of a
paddle grip approx 0.5" thick by 4" long by 2" wide

Release Mechanism Lever or Cord

The Clamp to be able to be released post operations for recovery of the
Clamp. The release mechanism to be in the form of a "Lever Release" or a
"Pull Cord type Release"
